Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Return
- Initiate your return through our online portal at hotshoemaker.com/returns
- Pack items securely using the original box if possible
- Ship your return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
Refund Process
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Select “Exchange” when processing your return
- Specify your preferred size (subject to availability)
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
International Returns
Customers outside our primary market may be subject to:
- Additional return shipping costs
- Customs duties for returned items
- Longer processing times
